Privacy Policy
For Loveable Coffee · Last updated 28 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Loveable Coffee (the “App”), published by Sebastian (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”), handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not intentionally collect personal information that identifies you. Two kinds of data are involved:
- Game data stored on your device. Your progress, coins, upgrades and settings are saved locally on your device (via the operating system’s storage). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes it.
- Data collected automatically by our advertising partner. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and Google may automatically collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device type and operating system, general (coarse) location derived from IP, and interactions with ads. We do not control and do not receive this raw data ourselves; it is processed by Google.
- Crash and stability diagnostics. The App uses Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to report crashes and rendering errors so we can fix them. A report may include the type of error and where it happened in the code, your device model, operating system version, and device state at the time (such as available memory and storage), and a randomly generated installation identifier that is specific to this App. It also includes a small amount of non-personal context about what the game was doing — for example which screen was open and how many in-game orders were pending. Crash reports do not include your advertising identifier, your name, or the contents of your game save.
How the information is used
- To save and restore your game progress on your device.
- To display advertising, including selecting ads, limiting how often an ad is shown, and measuring ad performance and fraud.
- To diagnose and fix crashes and other stability problems, and to see whether a fix worked.
Advertising, diagnostics and third parties
Advertising is provided by Google AdMob and crash diagnostics by Firebase Crashlytics, both Google services. Google’s handling of data is governed by its own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
- Firebase Privacy and Security
Depending on your region and consent, ads may be personalized (based on your advertising ID and activity) or non-personalized. Where required, the App requests your consent before serving personalized ads.
Your choices
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy/Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
- Tracking permission (iOS). On iOS the App asks for permission before tracking; you can decline, and you can change this later in Settings.
- Consent. Where a consent prompt is shown (e.g. in the EEA/UK), you may withdraw or change your choice at any time from within the App or your device settings.
Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data retention
Game data remains on your device until you delete it. Any data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s policies. Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict the use of personal data, and to opt out of the “sale” or sharing of personal information for advertising. Because we do not hold identifiable data ourselves, most of these choices are exercised through your device settings and Google’s controls above. You may also contact us with any request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
